Our client is a large-scale and state-owned energy group in China. Its business covers the coal-power, railway, port, and chemical verticals. Based on its business model and national five-year strategic plan of "scientific development, re-engineering of state-owned enterprise," the group launched "SH217" project, aiming to build a energy network platform across the nation. The SH217 project consists of 11 large project sets spanning across 33 departments in the headquarters and more than 40 subsidiaries with 10,000 end users. In 2013, Camelot won the bid for the digitalization contract of Tianjin Coal Terminal and Yuedian Zhuhai Port Coal Terminal in the SH217 project. The group's equipment management module (PM) is redesigned and implemented.
